Pay As You Go
With a Pay As You Go prepaid metering account, you pay what you want and when you want. When your account runs low on funds, you simply pay more on your account. No deposit, no late fees, and easier budgeting for your wallet.
Don't like the unknown? Sign up for a set, budgeted payment amount. As opposed to paying for a fluctuating bill, budget billing takes the average monthly bill amount and sets this as your monthly payment amount. This way you know what you’re going to pay for your electric bill every month.
Take the shock out of high summer and winter bills. With levelized billing you can avoid the winter and summer highs in your bill by averaging your amount due each month. The amount changes each month as your usage fluctuates, but you never have the settle up "surprise" month you have with budget billing. Levelized billing is very different from budget billing. Because a rolling average method is used, your amount due will vary from month to month.
Make it easy and don't ever think about your monthly bill. Sign up to have your electric bill automatically drafted every month from the bank account of your choice, or with your credit card. There are no fees.

What is the Facilities Charge?
The facilities charge is a flat, monthly fee charged per meter, and it is not dependent on how much energy you use. PVREA members all need a reliable energy grid, so members all share in the costs of building and maintaining it through the facilities charge.
Log in to your online account and set your settings to receive your bill via email or with a text notification.
Navigate to "My Profile" in the menu, and select "My Information". On the left hand side of the page, select the "Update My Printed Bill Settings" tab. Here you can toggle your printed bill status to "off".
